Gary Rao, MS, MA, PMP
Mr. Gary Rao is a founder and Chief Strategy Officer of ProXalt. In this capacity, he is rolled out ProXalt® Training Programs in the USA, CANADA, INDIA and Far East. He has over 23 years' experience in IT & Project Management, including positions as a PMO Director, PM Consultant, Associate Director, Project Manager, Team Leader, and DBA with both project leadership and technical experience. Has successfully implemented Project Management Office, PM Standards, PMP Training programs, and managed all phases of the technology solutions lifecycle from planning through implementation. Gary is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). He has experience teaching more than 1200 PMP’s successfully both in US, CANADA, UAE, IRAQ, Philippines and in India.
John Daily, MBA, PMP
Mr. Daily is a PMP certified Senior Project Manager and senior consultant with over 25 years' experience in the electric utility, energy and power industries, comprising nuclear, Information Technology, Enterprise Energy Information systems and Demand Response programs. He has been successfully proposing, winning and managing projects to large investor-owned utilities, Fortune 500 companies, US Government Departments, and international companies for over nine years. He has worked with and for companies of all sizes, from start-up's to multi-billion dollar corporations. Mr. Daily served honorably in the US Naval Submarine Service and has an MBA.
Michael Berta, MS, PMP
Mr. Berta is a PMP certified Senior Project Manager and senior consultant with over 30 years' experience in the transportation industry, in seating systems, electronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical products, innovative leader known for creating strategic new product solutions. Mr. Berta has developed and implemented use of ‘Stage Gate Process’ for a worldwide $700 million Tier One supplier. He has developed training program for employees on Processes, trained staff on program management, to insure process adherence. Mr. Berta also managed a Global Product Development team. Team members are located in USA, Germany, France, and Mexico.
Neal Rowland, M Ed, PMP
Mr. Neal Lenarcic Rowland, PMP, M Ed., has over 14 years project management and instructional experience. His project management experience includes new product release, software development, sales/negotiation systems, instructional development, marketing, and event planning. Neal holds a Masters Degree from Michigan State University (E. Lansing, MI) and Bachelors from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI). He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in Dispute Resolution. Neal has presented at conferences nationally and internationally. He was a Fulbright Memorial Scholar in Japan in 2000.
Rishi Kumar, M.S, P.Eng, PMP Rishi Kumar, M.Sc. Eng., P.Eng., received his masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1976. Mr. Kumar has authored and co-authored papers and technical reports and has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences. Mr.Kumar has over 30 years' experience in the Engineering and IT industries. Mr. Kumar has conducted numerous professional development courses and seminars for University of Toronto, Dalhousie University, Educational Program Innovations Centre (EPIC), and Global Educational & Consulting Services (GECS) and for other professional organizations throughout Canada, USA, Central America and Portugal. Mr. Kumar has held a variety of positions within Saskatchewan Power Corporation, Ontario Power Generation, and Hydro One and Cap Gemini America Outsourcing.
