ProXalt®'s Instructor Lead Live, Online  Effective Negotiation Skills Course  was developed by combining adult learning techniques and modern multimedia technology. The course will include module exams, online lessons, and practice exams. The student will have the option of replaying modules that were covered during a particular session at a later time

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

The goal is to acquire a complete understanding of negotiations strategies, techniques and tools to deal complex issues effectively and to move the ‘difficult’ situation into the ‘pleasure to deal with’ situation.

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The class explores a variety of negotiation strategies and tactics. Participants will achieve better day-to-day outcomes, become more effective in dealings with their clients and enhance their leadership skills. You will also learn how to use negotiation strategies and develop a practical skills and techniques you need to resolve complex situations effectively and with confidence. This class will give you the tools to manage conflict constructively, which can be applied to any context.

  • Instructor Lead Online (individuals) - Two (2) hour/session for 12 sessions
  • On-Site (corporate) - Three (3) consecutive days from 9:00am to 5:00pm
