COURSE OBJECTIVE & DESCRIPTION

To present practical approaches to risk management that can be infused into your day-to-day project and program efforts.

This 16 hours training takes you from the realm of uncertainty to a more predictive and analytical risk posture. You will learn an array of practical risk management tools to help build risk models that you can apply for risk identification, quantification, response development, and risk response control. The challenge is not only to explore risk for a single project or program, but to predict it consistently and ensure that every project or program has the same level and depth of risk analysis.
