Robert Wangen has over 35 years experience in training, training development, and management. He is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, a Certified Project Management Professional in the Project Management Institute, a member of the Education Team for the ASQ Lansing-Jackson Section, and an adjunct faculty member at Lansing Community College. He is the owner of Implement Improvement, LLC, MI. Mr. Wangen has assisted organizations such as Capital Area United Way, DeWitt Public Schools, Onsted Community Public Schools, TFM Office Furniture, Governor’s Management Intern Program, Michigan State University, Michigan Department of State, U. S. Department of Agriculture, Lear Corporation, and Republic Bank. He commanded the first Michigan Army National Guard unit to deploy to Operation Desert Shield and was awarded the Bronze Star for this service. He was the project officer for the first Michigan National Guard Future Plan, has served as the lead trainer and coordinator of all Total Quality Management Training for the Michigan National Guard, working with senior leaders throughout the state.
